Task Plan - FY04 Embedded Passives
 
Abstract:
 
§The integrity and functionality of the embedded resistor materials, and the interfacial strength between the resistive material and the associated PWBs have not been fully explored for potential space electronics applications. The reliability of this technology needs to be thoroughly and carefully studied before implementing for space electronics.
§
§A Technology Readiness Overview (TRO) will be conducted.
§Complete reliability assessment testing of FY’03 test vehicles.
