Removed the 125 V rated CLR79, CLR81, CLR90 and CLR91 capacitors from the NPSL and included application note explaining reasons why.

Added application note describing voltage polarity sensitivity of these capacitors.

Removed Sprague Palm Beach as source of supply due to closure of this facility in 2000 - 2001.
