8.  PWAs:  Improper cover installation causing lifted pad

Operator improperly installed cover clamp while leads were tack soldered to pads resulting in lifted pads. This was the result of the operator not receiving the proper training on the installation of the cover clamp. Damage resulted in having to scrap flight board.
